Hannah & Friends Family Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for children and adults with special needs. Inspired by their mission of awareness, compassion, and inclusion, we created a joyful visual identity that celebrates different abilities and human connection through a bold, playful color palette, hand-drawn typography, and illustrated elements, resulting in a warm, approachable brand that reflects the love, community, and hope at the heart of Hannah & Friends.
