Yolandra is a multi-disciplinary creative with a passion for branding, copywriting, and her favorite small town. The Florence native got her start in Graphic Design through a local trade school after she saw a sign and thought, “Wait - someone made that. Who?” Years later she began as a designer in a local print shop, creating everything from advertising collateral to wedding stationery, and plenty in between. Those early years were foundational for learning design programs and the fundamentals of layout and typography, and helped encourage designing through diverse lenses and needs.
To Yolandra, design is more than mere aesthetics. Design should encourage and articulate the deeper meaning and vision of the brand, and the visual identity should echo those deeper elements to the world in a way that inspires. This belief is a major reason why she loves working at Pandalogue - the heart of their process is meaningful design, and meaningful design creates meaningful community.
